Advanced Olympic Weightlifting Program
10 week advanced program for athletes engaged in training for Olympic Weightlifting events with options to individualise the program to meet the athlete's needs. This program is for athletes training 8-10 sessions per week.
Included inside: Program instructions and advice, session plans for 5 evening training sessions per week, recommendations for morning training sessions, and suggestions on how to individualise the program with personal strength development exercises and skill drills. There is also a guide to the recommended volume of work, a chart of flexibility exercises and a chart of abdominal exercises inside. The program is designed by Leo Isaac, who has coached more than 500 athletes over 30 years with many national champions and international representatives for Australia.
